Candle Exchanges

If your selection isn’t quite the right fit for you, we are pleased to offer an exchange on any candle for a new candle of equal value. Candles must be unused and returned in their original condition to be eligible. 

Damaged During Transit

Each candle is meticulously packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Please note that during transit, natural shifts in temperature may cause the wax to gently shrink in colder weather or soften in warmer conditions—an inherent quality of our all-natural materials.

In the rare instance your candle arrives with damage, we are delighted to replace it at no cost, ensuring your experience remains seamless and indulgent.

To facilitate a swift and effortless resolution:

  • Kindly report any damage within 14 days of delivery
  • Please provide clear photographs of both the candle and its packaging


Refunds

At this time, we do not offer refunds. All approved concerns are addressed through exchange or replacement, in keeping with our commitment to thoughtful service and sustainability.
