Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
  • During peak periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information when available.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We ship ground within the United States, Canada, and Mexico using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional partners.
  • U.S. standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
  • International shipments to Canada and Mexico typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

  • We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous United States (48 states).
  • Shipping rates for Canada and Mexico, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and expedited shipping (if available), are calculated at checkout.
  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees will be clearly displayed at checkout when possible, or may be collected upon delivery by the carrier.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us in accordance with our Exchange Policy.
  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing; however, we will assist you in filing a carrier claim when possible.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply to reship returned orders.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
