Wholesale Policy

Eligibility. Certain products may be offered for purchase on a wholesale basis (“Wholesale Products”). Wholesale pricing is available only to approved wholesale buyers (“Wholesale Buyers”). Currently Wholesale Buyers may place orders through third-party wholesale marketplaces that pre-vet buyers (e.g. Shoppe Object or Shoppe Online).

Registration and Verification. To qualify for direct wholesale access, Wholesale Buyers must register and provide requested verification information, including: company name, business contact name, contact information, retail or resale certificate numbers, and business type (e.g., brick-and-mortar or online store). Wholesale Buyers represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. Wholesale Buyers vetted through a third-party platform may be granted access without additional verification, at the Company’s sole discretion.

Wholesale Orders. Approved Wholesale Buyers may place orders through Shoppe Online or, for larger or custom orders, by emailing sales@theharahome.com. All orders are subject to Company acceptance, and product availability. The Company reserves the right to set minimum order quantities (MOQs), modify pricing, or discontinue wholesale offerings at any time.

Taxes. Wholesale Buyers are responsible for providing valid resale or retail sales certificates. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in the assessment and collection of applicable sales or use taxes.

Resale Restrictions. Resale on any third-party marketplace, including Amazon and eBay, is strictly prohibited.

Additional Terms. The Company reserves the right to approve, suspend, or revoke wholesale privileges at any time.
